Striking Headlines

In York a priest from St.Lawrence's called father Tim claims that if your 'desperate and destitute' enough you're allowed to shoplift. Well, all desperate home-less people shoplift all the time in Poundland because since everything is a pound they can't afford security cameras due to their little profit. Face the facts citizens of York, chavs and hobos shoplift all the time and nobody notices them because they don't give a donkeys bum about anything because they do the same thing day in day out over and over and over again. In a way father Tim is right and in a way he is completely and utterly wrong. The way that he is right is because I would if I was desperate and home-less, and the way he is wrong is because home-less people already shoplift. Now I'm not implying that all home-less people are criminals but sometimes they can get a little bit too desperate.

GRITTING ROW AFTER THOUSANDS FORCED TO ABANDON CARS DURING CHRISTMAS GETAWAY is another headline about people being annoyed in a community. Here is a link to a piece from The Times:

I to would be angry but to be fair to the council you got to do what you got to do to keep people safe....

The First Post

Shame... the last of the snow has come and gone and in a way it's saddening to think that's it for a year - all gone. That's all gone now and I'm deciding to think the 4 to 1 chances of it being a white Christmas are slowly fading away as well as it being a hot summer. This summer was a barbecue summer (thank god!) and I was with my family and The Dog and I thought 'how the hell is it going to be a white Christmas' and another sad thing is I'm starting to think that now. Anyway it's nearly Christmas and it's a happy time of year and the shocking thing is no carol singers!! On Saturday father hoisted the Christmas tree up decorated it with the usual stuff including; baubles, tinsel, angels and lights. I have my own Christmas tree, only small, but enough to bring a little bit of Christmas cheer to me and my room, I too decorated it with baubles, tinsel etc. But there is always something bad happening in the world such as 'another soldier has died in Afghanistan when trying to disable a roadside bomb' or the more recent one I don't really care about 'the world leaders in Copenhagen haven't reached a decision to settle global warming'. The reason I don't really care about global warming is that if it wasn't for the meteorite that struck the dinosaurs the U.K. would always be living in minus temperatures and if someone lives in Australia and comments on this that's your problem to solve.
